Lead a team of meteorologists as we produce weather forecasts for the entire state of Wisconsin on an all-new 24/7 cable channel. We create forecasts for three unique regions of the Badger State. Additionally, we provide around-the-clock coverage when the atmosphere gets a little more rowdy. Weather forecasts can also be found on our website along with blogs and more.

Weekday Morning Meteorologist  – WEWS (ABC 5), Cleveland, Ohio, 2016 – 2018
Anchor and produce dynamic, informative daily morning weather forecasts for Northeast Ohio. Forecast complex lake effect snow events as well as Spring thunderstorms. Daily creation of enhanced weather graphics, web forecast videos, and radio forecasts for local partners.

Weekend PM & Wed-Fri Midday Meteorologist  – KSHB (NBC 41), Kansas City, Missouri, 2013 – 2016
Anchor and produce dynamic, informative weather forecasts for the area. Daily use of social media, blog & website updates, video editing and graphic producing. Primary fill-in for Chief Meteorologist Gary Lezak as well as for morning meteorologist.

9p & 10p Weeknight Meteorologist  – KSAS (FOX 4) & KSNW (NBC 3), Wichita, Kansas, 2011 – 2013

Anchor, produce, & yes, live-switch weather segments for all weeknight newscasts (using an AMX tablet to control cameras & sources live on air). Responsible for short & long-form severe weather coverage across a large viewing area (77 counties, three states, two time zones). Served as lead graphics developer for HD conversion. Update station website, social media, radio weather forecasts, and mobile alerts daily. Moved the 10p newscast up 50% in viewership in the Nov ‘11 ratings book; largest growth in KSN history. Highly skilled with WSI Max system.

Weather Director – KMOT (NBC 10), Minot, North Dakota, 2006 – 2008
Anchored and produced weeknight weather for 6p & 10p newscasts. Most forecasts done live, outside on “Weather Deck”. Backyard BBQ liveshots during summer months. Provided daily weather forecasts for local newspaper. Created and maintained weather graphics & graphics playout system.

Weekend Weather Anchor & News Reporter – KXMC (CBS 13), Minot, North Dakota, 2004 – 2006
Anchored and produced weather for weekend evening newscasts while filling-in for Chief Meteorologist as needed. Assisted and covered various severe weather events, including blizzards. Used WXC system.
